Important Information & Store Policies

Important Notice:

Due dates are assigned at the time of drop-off. ALL orders will be ready after 4:00 PM on their due date.

Please understand that as a small business, we follow a set production schedule and cannot always accommodate specific completion requests outside of the provided due date. Immediate or next-day service is not guaranteed and will only be offered when our workflow allows.

Please Note:

Our system uses one name and one phone number per account. When dropping off items, please make sure your order is placed under the name and phone number you want associated with your account moving forward.

Pickup & Storage Policy:

Orders should be picked up within 14 days of the ready date.

A storage fee will be applied after 14 days

Items left over 60 days may be donated or discarded

Inspection Policy:

Please inspect your garments at pickup. Report any issues immediately so we can assist you within our policy guidelines.

Stain Removal Disclaimer:

While we make every effort to remove stains, some may be permanent due to fabric type, age of the stain, or prior treatments. We can not guarantee 100% stain removal.

Pleats Policy:

Please note that City Cleaners, Inc. is not responsible for the preservation of factory pleats on any garment. Our professional recommendation is to avoid pressing or applying steam to pleated items, as this can permanently alter or remove the pleats.

Additionally, pleats may naturally relax or come out during the dry-cleaning process. By leaving pleated garments with us, customers acknowledge and accept that City Cleaners, Inc. cannot guarantee pleats will remain intact.

Re-Cleaning Policy:

Garments are eligible for a re-cleaning if:

They have not been worn

Our original tag and ticket are still attached

They are returned within 3 days of pickup

Worn garments are not eligible for a redo under any circumstances.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Prior Damage or Stains

Color Fade or Color Bleed

Buttons, Snaps, or Zippers

Dry-clean-only or Hand-wash-only items

Items left in pockets

Garments valued over $20

Items left over 60 days
